Tuna Egg Salad

Tuna Egg Salad

(makes 2 servings)

  • 2 hard boiled eggs

  • 1 can tuna (in water)

  • 1 tablespoon light mayo

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Begin by draining the can of tuna to remove water and dicing the hardboiled eggs.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well.

  3. Use in a salad, wrap, on top of bread or, eaten on its own. Enjoy
