Asian Brussels Sprout Slaw

(makes 6-8 servings)

  • 1 bag shredded Brussels sprouts*
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and shaved
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Asian sesame salad dressing
  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate for the best flavor. Enjoy!

*If pre-shredded Brussels sprouts are not available, make your own by cutting off the tough end of the sprout and pulsing in a food processor until desired consistency. *
