(makes 6-8 servings)
- 1 bag shredded Brussels sprouts*
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and shaved
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Asian sesame salad dressing
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate for the best flavor. Enjoy!
*If pre-shredded Brussels sprouts are not available, make your own by cutting off the tough end of the sprout and pulsing in a food processor until desired consistency. *
