Power Snack
(makes 1 serving)

1 whole-grain rice cake

1/4-1/2 avocado, sliced

2-3 lean deli turkey slices

sea salt

red pepper flakes, optional

Place sliced avocado onto the rice cake.

With the back of a fork, gently mash avocado until it covers the surface of the rice cake.

Sprinkle with sea salt and red pepper flakes.

Top with turkey and enjoy!
