When it comes to making lasting changes to your health and nutrition, knowing what to do isn’t always the problem—it’s making it stick. Amy shares how she transformed her

I learned about the nutrition coaching program through a good friend who did the program and saw great results. But before I signed up, I honestly wasn’t sure I could succeed.

I’ve always loved sugar and never really liked vegetables so I worried I’d never stick with it or see any real results. However, I reached a point where I knew I had to take control of

my nutrition if I wanted to stay healthy as I got older. That was my turning point.

Beofre doing this program, my biggest challenge was my lifestyle—I rarely planned meals and was constantly busy. That meant I was grabbing food based on convenience, and it

wasn’t usually the  healthiest. I knew what I should be doing, but figuring out how to actually make it work in my life was overwhelming.

I had tried programs in the past that worked for a little while, but they either weren’t sustainable or weren’t really that healthy to begin with.  What changed everything for me was

the structure and support of my coach, Amie, and the Nutrition Coaching and Accountability Program as a whole.

I was given a clear plan with recipes that actually tasted good, and for once, I never felt hungry!

It wasn’t a drastic or unrealistic diet—it was something I could stick to. The weekly coaching calls with Coach Amie were a game-changer; giving me the chance to reflect on the

challenges I faced each week and coming up with real solutions.

That accountability was exactly what I needed.

In just 12 weeks, I completely changed the way I eat, look, and feel! I have more energy, I fit into my clothes better, and my recent bloodwork showed that my cholesterol has

dropped significantly.

I’ve finally found something that’s healthy, sustainable, and fits into my life!

Before this program, I didn’t know how to make nutrition work for me long-term. Now I do—and that has made all the difference!
