Tuna & Cucumber Protein Snack

(makes one serving)
  • 1 can albacore tuna, in water (drained)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  3. When ready to eat, use the sliced cucumbers as “chips” to scoop wit
  4. Enjoy!
