Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe: Follow these steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, add zucchini, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Stir to combine. Place mixture in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
