Cherry Vanilla Overnight Oats

(makes one serving)

  • ½ cup oats

  • ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ cup frozen cherries, thawed

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon almonds, slivered

  1. In a small bowl or mason jar, combine oats, yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

  2. Top with cherries, honey, and almonds. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Stir well before eating and add a bit more milk if oats become too thick.
