Air Fryer Tuna Patties

(Makes 1 serving)

  • 1 can tuna, drained

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/4 cup panko

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • freshly squeezed lemon juice

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, beaten egg, panko, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form mixture into 3-4 patties.

  3. Air Fry patties at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 

  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and serve!
