It’s Coach Amie back with Forking Made Easy – this week’s new recipe:
BLACK BEAN BURGERS
New to the black bean burger? Take my word for it – you are going to LOVE these delicious burgers. Here are 3 incredible ways to serve, smash, and enjoy this recipe:
#1. Regular Burger: Serves with your go-to toasted bun/bread and chow down! My personal favorite is the Dave’s Killer Bread products available at Target, Giant Eagle, Marc’s, and Heinen’s – most grocery stores carry this brand. Choose from a variety of their breads, buns, or bagels.
#2. Deconstructed Burger Bowl: Build a deconstructed burger bowl by first starting with your fave bed of leafy greens, then comes the burger and of course, topped off with your favorite burger stuff – tomatoes, grilled onions, relish, ketchup, mustard, avocado, cheese – you do you!
#3. Breakfast Bowl: WHAT?! Smash this burger and top off with eggs! Eggs over medium pair quite nice. Don’t forget to add some sautéed onions and or peppers.
Pro tip: Have an air fryer handy? Use the air fryer to add some crisp and texture. Join me in the kitchen now and stay fueled.
