Tuna Egg Salad
(makes 2 servings)

2 hard boiled eggs

1 can tuna (in water)

1 tablespoon light mayo

1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper, to taste

Begin by draining the can of tuna to remove water and dicing the hardboiled eggs.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well.

Use in a salad, wrap, on top of bread or, eaten on its own. Enjoy
