THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS: TAHINI TURKEY SALAD

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, diced

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • salt, to taste

  • 1/2 cup dried cherries

  • 1/3 cup green onion, sliced

  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Recipe: Follow These Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, add yogurt, tahini, and all spices. Mix well.
