Buffalo Chicken Salad
(makes 4-6 servings)

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh-squeezed

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon sea salt

fresh-ground black pepper
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk until blended and refrigerate for several hours before using.
