Slow Cooker Kalua Pork

(makes 8-10 servings)
  • 3-pound pork roast, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • coarse sea salt
Place pork roast in the slow cooker and rub with sea salt. Using a sharp knife, poke the roast all over and drizzle the liquid smoke over the top. Cook on low for 12 hours until the pork is tender. Once tender, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with 2 forks. Enjoy!
