  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch

  • pinch of salt

Oatmeal Topping:

  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Recipe: Follow These Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add oats, flour, nuts (if using), cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to combine.

  • From there, begin to drizzle in the honey and melted coconut oil to the oatmeal topping. Stir well to combine.

  • Cover the berry filling in the baking dish with the oatmeal topping, spreading evenly over the top
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the top begins to brown and the berries are bubbling.
