MOROCCAN CHICKEN
Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

½ teaspoon cinnamon
-
½ teaspoon cumin
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
¼ teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon salt
-
1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
-
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, diced
Recipe: Follow These Steps:

In a large skillet heat olive oil.

Brown chicken for 4-5 minutes. Add onions and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.

Add spices and tomatoes. Bring to a low boil.

Once boiling, add garbanzo beans and mix well to coat.

Reduce to a simmer and cover skillet. Cook for another 15 minutes or so until the chicken is cooked through.
