Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread

  • 1-2 Tablespoons hummus

  • 2 medium slices of red tomato

  • Thinly-sliced red onion

  • Thinly-sliced cucumber

  • Crumbled feta (optional)

  • Sliced black olives (optional)

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe: Follow these steps

  1. Spread hummus on whole-grain bread. Top with tomato, onion, cucumber, and any additional ingredients you choose to add.

  2. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other additional seasonings of your choice.
