Ingredients: Here's What You Need
(Makes 1 serving)
Salad Ingredients
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tablespoons red onion, diced
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
4 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
Dressing Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon tahini
Recipe: Follow these steps
In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Place dressing in the bottom of a 32-ounce wide-mouth mason jar.
Next, layer the remaining ingredients in the following order:
Tomatoes
Red Onion
Quinoa
Chicken
Mixed Greens
Seal tightly with lid and store in the fridge for up to several days.
