Maple Butternut Squash

(makes 4 servings)
1 20-ounce package of pre-cut and peeled butternut squash
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine squash, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to combine.
Place squash on a large non-stick baking sheet in a single layer.
Place sheet pan in the oven and stir every 10 minutes until squash is tender (about 25 minutes).
