Ingredients:
- 1 20-ounce package of pre-cut and peeled butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine squash, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Place squash on a large non-stick baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place sheet pan in the oven and stir every 10 minutes until squash is tender (about 25 minutes).
