Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, fresh-grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 2 medium lemons, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil and top with basil. Season with salt and pepper and place the lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish begins to flake easily with a fork.
- Serve and enjoy!
