Honey Mustard Chicken
(4-6 servings)

1.5 pounds chicken breast tenders

3 Tablespoons honey

3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard (grainy)

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic.

Pour marinade over chicken tenders and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or, until chicken is cooked through.

Chicken can also be grilled or air-fried
