Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss well to combine.
- Add seasoned Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sprouts are tender and lightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy!
