- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- salt + pepper, to taste
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
- Sprinkle parmesan during the last 5 minutes of roasting. Enjoy!
