Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

(makes 4 servings)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • salt + pepper, to taste
  1. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast at 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan during the last 5 minutes of roasting. Enjoy!
