(makes one serving)
- 1/2 very ripe banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- dash of salt
- Toppings of choice, ex: berries, nuts, nut butter, Greek yogurt, etc.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly coat a 2-cup oven-safe bowl (ex:Pyrex) with cooking spray.
- With the back of a fork, mash the banana inside the bowl until liquefied and smooth.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the oats are set and cooked through.
- Add toppings of your choice.
- Enjoy!
