Dessert Baked Oats

(makes one serving)

  • 1/2 very ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • Toppings of choice, ex: berries, nuts, nut butter, Greek yogurt, etc.
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat a 2-cup oven-safe bowl (ex:Pyrex) with cooking spray.
  3. With the back of a fork, mash the banana inside the bowl until liquefied and smooth.
  4. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the oats are set and cooked through.
  6. Add toppings of your choice.
  7. Enjoy!
