Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 large head of cauliflower broken in to pieces

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1-2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe: Follow These Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and spices. Add cauliflower to a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Pour yogurt mixture into bag and shake to coat cauliflower.

  • Pour cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
