Crunchy Apple & Peanut Butter Wraps (makes 1 serving)

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 multigrain or whole-wheat wrap

  • ½ small apple, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or, nut butter of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened, shredded coconut (optional)

Follow these steps:

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly onto the wrap, 

  2. Place apple slices down the middle of the wrap and top with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and coconut.

  3. Roll up and enjoy as a quick breakfast or snack.
