LEMON PARMESAN TILAPIA

Sounds light and refreshing, right? This week’s recipe is super quick and easy plus a good change of pace if you’ve been hitting up heartier winter dishes and looking for something different. Join me in the kitchen now to stay fueled!

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 4-4 ounce tilapia filets

  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe: Follow These Steps

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Dry tilapia thoroughly. Place into a 9×13 baking dish.

Season tilapia with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, greek yogurt, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Spoon mixture evenly over tilapia filets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tilapia is cooked through.
