This week’s edition of Forking Made Easy: Chicken Keema with Peas!
If you’re wondering what this is, it’s a quick and easy Indian dish where you can really make it your own based on your preferred lean protein (ground turkey, chicken or beef) and level of spice! The addition of frozen veggies also makes this super convenient. If you have extra time, make a bigger batch to freeze or have on hand for the week for lunches or dinners (or breakfast if you aren’t into regular breakfast food).
