Cherry Vanilla Overnight Oats
(makes one serving)

½ cup oats

½ cup plain Greek Yogurt

½ cup milk of choice

½ cup frozen cherries, thawed

1 teaspoon honey

⅛ teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon almonds, slivered

In a small bowl or mason jar, combine oats, yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

Top with cherries, honey, and almonds. Refrigerate overnight.

Stir well before eating and add a bit more milk if oats become too thick.
