Breakfast For Dinner Skillet

(makes 4-6 servings)

  • 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 6-8 eggs
  1. In a medium skillet coated with non-stick spray or oil, heat over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey or chicken until cooked through.
  2. Add the salsa to the skillet and mix well to combine with the ground turkey or chicken.
  3. Crack each egg into the skillet and cover. Cook until eggs are the desired doneness.
  4. Enjoy!
