Breakfast For Dinner Skillet
(makes 4-6 servings)
- 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
- 1 cup of salsa
- 6-8 eggs
- In a medium skillet coated with non-stick spray or oil, heat over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey or chicken until cooked through.
- Add the salsa to the skillet and mix well to combine with the ground turkey or chicken.
- Crack each egg into the skillet and cover. Cook until eggs are the desired doneness.
