Are you craving something smooth, cold and sweet? You’ve come to the right place. Plus, this is something you can make with your kiddos (my daughter Evie joined in on this week’s fun) and let them pick out their most favorite toppings! Enjoy this in the morning, mid afternoon or post dinner.

Today’s menu is a Bomb A$$ Smoothie Bowl! Super delicious, super easy and something you will quickly learn to love.

BOMB A$$ SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • ¼-½ C. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 C. spinach

  • 1 Scoop protein powder

  • 1 T. Almond or peanut butter

  • 1 T. Pumpkin seeds

  • 1 T. Shredded coconut (optional)

Recipe: Follow These Steps

  • Blend banana, milk, protein powder and milk until smooth.

  • Start with 1/4 c of the almond milk and add remaining until you reach your desired consistency.

  • This should be thick enough to be eaten with a spoon.

  • Pour into a bowl and top with nut butter, pumpkin seeds and coconut.
