Blueberry Oat Pancakes

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

(makes 6 servings)

  • 3 cups oat flour

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe: Follow these steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Ladle ¼-½ cup scoops of batter onto a well-oiled grill or skillet. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
