BBQ Chicken Flatbread
(makes 1 serving)

1 whole-grain Naan flatbread

2 ounces chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 Tablespoons red onion, diced

1-2 Tablespoons low-sugar BBQ sauce such as Primal Kitchen brand

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place flatbread on a baking sheet and place in a heated oven for 3-4 minutes.

Remove flatbread from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over the full surface. Top with cheese, red onion, and chicken.

Place back in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or, until the cheese has melted.
