Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber, halved and sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Add the balsamic vinaigrette and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to marinate.
- When ready to serve, top with crumbled feta and enjoy!
