APPLE PIE ENERGY BITES
Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

12 Medjool dates, pitted

1 cup dehydrated apples

½ cup raw walnuts

½ cup oats
-
1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 Tablespoons water (if needed)

1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Recipe: Follow These Step:

Remove pits from dates and soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Place dates in your food processor. Save a few tablespoons of water in case the mixture is too thick.

Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor along with the dates and blend until they are a dough-like texture.

If the mixture is a bit dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of the reserved water and pulse until the right consistency.

With a spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before eating.
