4-Ingredient Weeknight Tacos
(makes 8 tacos)

2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

8 whole-grain, whole-wheat, or corn tortillas

2 cups coleslaw mix

Salsa

In the middle of each tortilla, place about 1/4 cup of coleslaw mix.

Add 1/4 cup of shredded chicken to each taco and top with salsa.

Add any additional toppings of your choice such as diced red onions, fresh avocado and cilantro.
