Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

1 large sweet potato scrubbed and sliced lengthwise into ¼ inch slices

Place sweet potato slice in toaster and toast for several minutes until softened. Top with the following combos or, create your own!
BLT

1 toasted slice of sweet potato

2 slices bacon

2 tablespoons avocado

2 slices fresh tomato

½ cup fresh spinach
Spread avocado onto sweet potato toast and top with spinach, bacon, and tomato
Blueberry Cinnamon

1 toasted slice of sweet potato

¼ cup cottage cheese

¼ cup fresh blueberries

Sprinkle of cinnamon
Spread cottage cheese onto sweet potato toast and top with blueberries and cinnamon
Almond Butter and Banana

1 toasted slice of sweet potato

1-2 tablespoons almond butter

1 banana, sliced

½ teaspoon chia seeds
