Meet Amy: From Sugar Cravings to Healthy Habits

Amy shares how she transformed her mindset and her lifestyle through the Results Fitness Nutrition Coaching and Accountability Program and why she says it was the sustainable solution she’d been missing.

Before I signed up for nutrition coaching at Results Fitness, I honestly wasn’t sure I could succeed.

I’ve always loved sugar and never really liked vegetables, so I worried that I’d never stick with it or see any real results. But I reached a point where I knew I had to take control of my nutrition if I wanted to stay healthy as I got older. That was my turning point.

The biggest challenge for me was my lifestyle—I rarely planned meals and was constantly busy.

That meant I was grabbing food based on convenience, and it wasn’t usually the healthiest. I knew what I should be doing, but figuring out how to actually make it work in my life was overwhelming.

I had tried programs in the past that worked for a little while, but they either weren’t sustainable or weren’t really that healthy to begin with.

What changed everything for me was the structure and support of the Nutrition Coaching and Accountability Program.

I was given a clear plan with recipes that actually tasted good, and for once, I never felt hungry.

It wasn’t a drastic or unrealistic diet—it was something I could stick to. The weekly coaching calls with Coach Amie were a game-changer. They gave me a chance to reflect on the challenges I faced each week and

come up with real solutions.

That accountability was exactly what I needed.

in 12 weeks, I completely changed the way I eat, look, and feel! I have more energy, I fit into my clothes better, and my recent bloodwork showed that my cholesterol has dropped significantly.

I’ve finally found something that’s healthy, sustainable, and fits into my life.

Before this program, I didn’t know how to make nutrition work for me long-term. Now I do—and that has made all the difference.
