(makes 8-10 servings)
- 3-pound pork roast, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- coarse sea salt
- Place pork roast in the slow cooker and rub with sea salt.
- Using a sharp knife, poke the roast all over and drizzle the liquid smoke over the top.
- Cook on low for 12 hours until the pork is tender.
- Once tender, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with 2 forks.
