VEGGIE PACKED CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken (or turkey)

  • ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and chopped

  • 2-3 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe: Follow These Steps:

  • Squeeze and remove excess moisture from thawed spinach. 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

  • Place patties in air-fryer @ 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Air-frying times may be dependent on the air-fryer model. Can be pan-cooked as well.

  • Top with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
