- 2 pounds salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Mix marinade: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, juice from 1 lemon, minced garlic, and olive oil in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
- Marinate: Add salmon fillets, coat well, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes only.
- Cook: Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or pan-sear skin-side down 4-5 minutes, then flip 2-3 minutes, until it flakes easily.
- Rest and portion: Let rest 2-3 minutes, then portion into containers for the week.
