Sweet Potato, Black Bean & Quinoa Patties
(makes 6 servings)

2 cups mashed sweet potato

1 cup cooked quinoa

1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 -1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 -1 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into 6 patties.

Place in heated air fryer and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping patties over halfway through.

Can also be pan-cooked for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy.
