Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burgers

Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burgers

(makes 6 servings)

  • 2 cups mashed sweet potato

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon chili powder

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into 6 patties.

  3. Place in heated air fryer and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping patties over halfway through.

  4. Can also be pan-cooked for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy.
