Single-Serve Protein Waffle

Single-Serve Protein Waffle

(makes one serving)

  • 1/2 cup oat flour*

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 egg

*Oat flour can be made by pulsing oats in a blender until they have a flour-like consistency. One cup of oats will yield approximately 3/4 cup of oat flour.*

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.

  2. Pour waffle mix into a prepared waffle iron and cook until lightly browned.

  3. Remove from the waffle iron and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit and almond or peanut butter.

  4. These can also be made in larger batches and frozen for later.

  5. Enjoy!

Stay Fueled!
