Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin, approximately one pound
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Whisk well to combine.
- Place the pork in a shallow baking dish and brush the above mixture over the top of the tenderloin.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tenderloin has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Allow tenderloin to sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy!
