Protein Waffles
(makes 2 servings)

1 cup oats

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla

dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is a batter consistency.

Pour batter onto a heated waffle iron and cook until done through.
