Guacamole Deviled Eggs
(makes 6 servings)

6 hard boiled eggs, cooled

1 medium avocado, mashed

1-2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped

2 tablespoons salsa

1/2 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Slice hard-boiled eggs length-wise, remove yolks, and add them to a medium mixing bowl. Place halved eggs on a plate and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, avocado, onion, jalapeno, salsa, lime juice, and seasonings. Mix well to combine.

Place a spoonful of egg mixture into each egg white. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 3-60 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
