Maybe they don’t say that but nonetheless, here’s a super delicious, healthy + quick shake recipe the whole family will love!

Yes, the color looks weird but we promise this sh!t is GOOD! Like pour me another level of goodness! Also, it’s an effective way to:

#1. Eat your veggies without even tasting them!

#2. Get your kiddos to eat veggies without even knowing it!

#3. Satiate your sweet tooth! This shake is a great alternative for ice cream or related cravings. It’s cold, it’s creamy and it’s just the bomb (especially if you love peanut butter).

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 2-3 Cups Spinach

  • 1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
