AIR FRYER STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients: Here’s What You Need

  • 4 medium bell peppers, tops removed and seeded

  • 1 pound ground turkey or chicken

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ¾ cup marinara sauce

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • salt & pepper, to taste

Recipe: Follow These Steps:

  • Remove the tops from the bell peppers and remove seeds.

  • In a heated skillet, cook turkey or chicken until cooked through. Set aside.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey or chicken, quinoa, panko, marinara, seasonings, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  • Evenly distribute the mixture among the 4 bell peppers. Place the peppers in a prepared air-fryer basket.

  • Cook at 350 degrees until the peppers are tender (about 8 minutes). Top peppers with mozzarella cheese and air-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
