AIR FRYER STUFFED PEPPERS
Ingredients: Here’s What You Need
4 medium bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
½ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
¾ cup marinara sauce
¼ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe: Follow These Steps:
Remove the tops from the bell peppers and remove seeds.
In a heated skillet, cook turkey or chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey or chicken, quinoa, panko, marinara, seasonings, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Evenly distribute the mixture among the 4 bell peppers. Place the peppers in a prepared air-fryer basket.
Cook at 350 degrees until the peppers are tender (about 8 minutes). Top peppers with mozzarella cheese and air-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
