Air-Fried Banana Sundae:
(makes one serving)

1 large ripe banana

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Additional toppings such as almond or peanut butter, coconut flakes, fresh diced fruit, cinnamon and honey

Slice the banana lengthwise and place it peel-side down in the air fryer basket.

Air fry the banana @ 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or, until slightly caramelized on top.

Remove the banana from the basket and top with Greek yogurt and any additional toppings.
