(makes 1-2 servings)

1/2 cup oats

1 small very ripe banana

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon almond milk

sprinkle of cinnamon

Additional add-ins such as chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Form the mixture into a ball and flatten with the back of a spoon to form a large cookie.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.

Place the cookie in the air fryer basket (make sure it is either placed in a liner or a well-oiled basket) and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Allow to cool for several minutes and enjoy!
